Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various Point of Sale (POS) systems as well as strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy shifts. Experience in fine dining, catering, and nightclubs is highly desirable. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety regulations. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets and special events. Stay informed about menu items, drink specials, and promotions to effectively upsell to customers. Follow all health and safety guidelines while serving food and beverages. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Toast is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of brewing techniques and food industry standards is beneficial. Experience in catering or banquet services is an advantage.
