Server/Bartender Hybrid (Experience Required)

About us My Cousin's is an elevated American restaurant in Mahopac, New York.

Position Summary:

Team player who conducts full and complete food/beverage service, and monitors guests' dining experience. Interacts with the guests, employees, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality. This is a part time position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

including but not limited to Provides professional and exceptional service. Answers questions, and makes suggestions for all food and beverage items. Required to understand any allergy or dietary restrictions from each guest. Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures. Communicates the needs of the guests to Front-of-House, support staff, managers, and chefs. Maintain general cleanliness of the entire restaurant. Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company. Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards.

Portrays a positive and professional attitude.

Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members.

Requirements:

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional food/beverage experience. Experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar.

$16.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
