Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent guest relations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing duties to keep the dining area clean and inviting Support bartenders by preparing and delivering beverages with attention to detail and presentation Assist hosts/hostesses in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries via phone or in person Ensure smooth communication among team members to deliver seamless service throughout shifts Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness Hospitality experience, including guest relations, serving, or hotel background is a plus Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills across multiple roles, and ready to deliver outstanding experiences that keep guests coming back!
