Bartender

```Duties```

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately on cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience bartending preferred
• Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
