Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of specialty drinks and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for change and totals. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure adherence to alcohol service policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Manage time effectively during busy hours by prioritizing tasks such as serving drinks quickly while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is required to maintain health standards. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tipping procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively without compromising service quality. Previous experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is a plus.
