Job Description

Sfoglia restaurant is a well establish, fine ding popular UES staple. We have a seasonal Italian concept with a large following and been consistently rated #1 Italian restaurant in our neighborhood We are currently looking for a bartender to join our team for 3 nights a week (could be supplemented with serving shifts if needed). Become part of an well run establishment with a strong core staff and high quality of life work environment.
What we need:
Personable, fast, neat and efficient bartender to cultivate our strong regular bar clientele This is an 8 seats dining bar, which features a boutique liquor selection, wine, beer and seasonal craft cocktails
Requirements:
Craft cocktails experience Barista experience (basic coffee service) Team player Wine knowledge Italian cuisine savy Fast, neat and efficient Be able to lift 30+ lbs during shifts LIghtspeed POS experience a plus This a the perfect jb for: Someone who enjoys a mature, self reliant job in a high quality work environment. Very decent hours, no crazy late nights Great team and support from managers A concept to be proud of and help grow with into the future
