Bartender - Rooftop Bar and Lounge NYC ( Hide Rooftop)

Seeking a motivated and energetic bartender for Hide Rooftop Bar & Lounge located at 24 John Street, New York, NY ( Hide Rooftop)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following established recipes and our signature creations.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and ensuring their needs are met.
• Monitor alcohol intake and prevent overindulgence, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our patrons.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate till.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and our menu offerings.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Knowledge of drink mixing techniques, garnishes, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
• Current responsible alcohol service certification (or the willingness to obtain it).

Schedule & Location:

Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays Hide Rooftop (Rooftop Bar & Lounge) located at 24 John Street, New York, NY 10038 (20th Floor)

Salary:

Earning Expectations of $15-$35 per hour. Looking to staff immediately !
