Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your lively personality, will create memorable experiences for our diverse clientele. Whether in a lively nightclub, elegant restaurant, or bustling banquet setting, you'll be the heart of the action—delivering top-tier service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Manage POS systems such as SkyTab POS and Shift4 POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures during serving and preparation. Handle cash transactions with accuracy using cashiering skills and basic math to ensure correct change is given. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets or catering functions while managing time effectively during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or food industry settings. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; prior experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. Excellent customer service skills to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail math scenarios. Experience working in nightclubs, catering events, or retail environments within the food industry is highly desirable.
