The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail will contribute significantly to our guests' experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with restocking as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Assist in promoting special events or drink specials to enhance sales opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending or similar role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Familiarity with cash register operations, cash handling, and POS systems. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Basic understanding of brewing techniques and retail math is beneficial. Ability to work in a nightclub or high-energy environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Must be at least 21 years old as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
