Assistant General Manager . The ideal bartender candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality. They must be energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a determination to provide guests with a memorable experience. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, while working alongside other passionate beverage professionals. Our bartenders are responsible for selling, preparing, and serving a wide variety of cocktails, wine and beer. Positive vibes only!

QUALIFICATIONS

Commitment to hospitality 2 + years bartending experience Must exhibit excellent communication skills and a pleasant friendly attitude toward their colleagues and guests Keeping a professional demeanor while having a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Must be able to move, pull carry or lift of up to 40 plus pounds .

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate knowledge of all signature cocktails (ingredients, spec, build) Must have well established knowledge of classic cocktails Demonstrate working knowledge of our natural wine program set forth by Wine Director Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute them with efficiency and grace while multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service Anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships.
