You will be the face of our bar, responsible for creating great guest experiences while managing inventory, prepping ingredients, and bringing fresh, new beverage ideas to our menu.
Key Responsibilities Bar Leadership:
Run daily bar operations, maintain high service standards, and keep the bar area clean and organized.
Prep & Inventory:
Handle daily prep (juices, syrups, garnishes), manage bar stock, track inventory, and order supplies.
Menu Creativity:
Develop and introduce exciting new drink ideas, including cocktails, specialty juices, and seasonal beverages.
Guest Experience:
Mix excellent drinks, engage with guests, and maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender; previous senior or lead experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, juices, and flavor profiling. Excellent organizational skills for handling inventory, ordering, and prep work. A proactive mindset with a passion for creating new recipes and improving the drink menu.
Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
