Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, skilled in POS systems, and dedicated to providing top-tier service that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices. Manage time effectively during busy periods, balancing multiple orders while maintaining quality service. Uphold food handling standards and ensure all beverages are prepared according to company recipes and specifications. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol serving policies. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events. Previous experience in food industry roles involving serving, food handling, or retail math is advantageous.
