In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Whether taking orders at the table, mixing up signature drinks, or ensuring every guest feels valued, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make all the difference. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, beverages, and providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems ensuring quick and friendly service. Mix drinks and craft cocktails while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar and dining areas for different service periods, including nightclubs and banquet events. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Support catering events or banquets by serving food and beverages efficiently while managing multiple tables or groups. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling, and general restaurant operations. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations smoothly. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in diverse settings like fine dining, nightclubs, or casual venues. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy. Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles including catering or banquet experience is a plus. Knowledge of food industry standards related to brewing, serving alcohol responsibly, and food safety protocols.
