Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing efficiently and accurately Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during events such as banquets or catering functions Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards Familiarity with food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Experience in catering or food industry environments is advantageous; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting is a bonus Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and guests Join us to be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
