In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels valued and leaves with a positive impression. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and responsible alcohol serving. Experience is preferred but not required! $40 shift pay plus tips, local blue collar establishment, great place to gain experience in customer and beverage service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and maintain accurate cash handling records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed. Uphold all food handling standards and adhere to health department guidelines for food safety. Use excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Experience Previous experience working as a bartender is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to serve responsibly while adhering to alcohol laws and regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests warmly and professionally. Experience in food handling, catering, or retail math enhances your ability to manage multiple responsibilities smoothly. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value to your skill set. Prior roles involving cash handling, cashiering, or food service help build the foundation for success in this position.
