Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative, Personal, and Bar Owner Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate events, and assist with personal and business-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess a proactive attitude to ensure smooth and efficient business functions. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to contribute their multitasking abilities while gaining valuable experience in office management, event planning, and hospitality support. Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace. Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and managing financial records using QuickBooks or similar software. Support event planning efforts by organizing logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless execution of events or functions hosted at the venue or for personal engagements. Perform data entry, filing and office organization to maintain accurate records and streamline workflow processes. Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with all bar staff and vendors. Handle personal assistance duties such as managing personal schedules, running errands, or coordinating household or business-related tasks as needed. Qualifications •Must own a vehicle. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior experience as a personal assistant or supporting a business owner is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace applications. Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping; experience with DocuSign for electronic signatures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and front desk presence. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Familiarity with event planning logistics, project coordination practices, and basic office clerical procedures is preferred.
