Bartender

Aces & Eights Cocktail Club is seeking an experienced, professional Mixologist to join our high-end cocktail program. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering elevated cocktails, exceptional hospitality, and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is passionate about craft cocktails, knowledgeable in spirits and flavor profiles, and able to maintain speed and precision during busy service hours. A strong understanding of upscale guest experiences and professionalism is a must. Job Overview Create and execute high-end craft cocktails with consistency and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury cocktail club environment Work quickly and cleanly during high-volume service while maintaining quality standards Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic/prohibition-style cocktails Collaborate with management and the bar team to maintain a creative and elevated beverage program Keep bar stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service Handle guest tabs and transactions accurately using Toast POS Uphold the atmosphere, professionalism, and standards of Aces & Eights Requirements Previous bartending/mixology experience in an upscale or high-volume environment Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and cocktail presentation Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Experience using Toast POS required Professional appearance and strong communication skills Weekend and late-night availability preferred Team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality What We're Looking For Someone who can combine speed, creativity, and professionalism while delivering a true cocktail club experience.
