Job Description

Job Details Old Mates, an authentic Australian pub, is searching for a passionate and skilled Barbacks to join our team.

We are in need of strong team members to join our concept and help build and maintain the value and quality of the Old Mates vision. We're dedicated to excellence in every detail, and we seek team members who share our commitment to crafting unforgettable dining experiences.
What we are offering:
Hourly wage + tips Opportunities to grow alongside a close knit hard working staff, with a strong focus on teamwork and professionalism A positive and fun work environment An introduction on how to develop and produce the major components of a dynamic cocktail program A close look at and education in the foundations of bartending What we are looking for: Strong knowledge in spirits and general bar components Strong knowledge in classic and craft cocktails High volume cocktail production experience Ability to anticipate guests needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency Weekend availability Motivated individuals looking for an opportunity to expand and grow within Old Mates.
