The Role As a Server, you are the face of the club's dining experience. Whether you are working a quiet lunch on the terrace, a formal multi-course dinner, or a high-energy member event, your goal is to provide seamless, intuitive service that anticipates member needs before they are voiced.

Key Responsibilities Personalized Service:

Memorize member names, family connections, and dining preferences (e.g., "the usual" table or specific dietary restrictions).

Menu Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of our rotating seasonal menus, daily features, and wine pairings to provide confident recommendations.

Service Execution:

Technical proficiency in course timing, table clearing, and refined beverage service.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the culinary team and bartenders to ensure every order is executed to the club's exacting standards.

Environment Maintenance:

Ensure the dining room remains polished, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications Experience:

1-2 years of serving experience in a refined dining, upscale hospitality, or private club setting.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal skills and a "grace under pressure" demeanor.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with POS systems and a basic understanding of wine and cocktail service.

Availability:

Must be available for a mix of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
