Position Summary We are seeking experienced Bartenders to join our opening team . This is an opportunity to be part of building the bar program and setting the tone for service from day one. Ideal candidates are confident behind the bar, hospitality-driven, and thrive in high-energy, guest-focused environments. Responsibilities Execute a craft cocktail program with precision, consistency, and speed Deliver engaging, attentive service to both bar and dining room guests Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and seasonal offerings Assist in setting up and maintaining bar standards from opening onward Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar Follow opening and closing procedures with attention to detail Collaborate with management and service team to create a seamless guest experience Handle guest interactions with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset Qualifications 3+ years of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine Experience with craft cocktail programs preferred Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure Professional, polished, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly + tips Opportunity for growth within an expanding restaurant group Staff dining discounts Dynamic, team-driven work environment How to Apply Apply via Culinary Agents or email: shannon@balosrestaurants.com gianni@theangierestaurants.com You may also apply in person and ask for Michael or Gianni .
