We ask that they not only uphold our standards, but improve them. Job Overview The Bar Back at Cedar Lakes Estate is someone who is reliable, hard-working, and a team-player. They will be responsible for making sure there is a constant rotation of clean glasses, mixers, and liquor/beer for bartenders. They are responsible for keeping a clean and tidy area to keep a safe and healthy atmosphere for staff members and guests. Duties Assist with setup and breakdown of bars throughout property Keep bar stocked with all items necessary for bar service Help keep inventory records Assist with keeping bar area and inventory room clean and organized Complete side work tasks as assigned Collect empty glasses and bottles Restock the bar with straws, coasters, and napkins Replace liquor bottles, beer bottles/cans, and wine bottles Remove trash and wipe down drink spills Refill ice bins Clean rags throughout shift Requirements Able to continuously stand or walk Professional in both appearance and demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-player and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done Able to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50lbs frequently Able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather Reliable transportation to and from work Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
