What You Will Be Doing Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide friendly and efficient bar service, ensuring guests feel welcome and attended to. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated guests. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with setting up and breaking down bar areas for events. Adhere to all house rules, policies, and safety standards. How You Will Do It Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt and attentive service. Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Handle guest interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Work effectively as part of a team. What You Will Need Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have knowledge of bar procedures and drink recipes. Must be knowledgeable of New York State liquor laws.
