QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Part-time with availability for varied evening and weekend shifts. Knowledge of common drink recipes and bartending techniques. 1-year experience preferred. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Approach guest encounters in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Take an active role in understanding and anticipating guest needs to provide authentic and personalized service. Ensure a timely response to guest requests and address concerns beyond satisfaction. Set up bar for service and prepare and serve drinks following established recipes, procedures, and proper food handling and serving techniques. Follow all responsible alcohol service procedures. Record consumption and processes payments in compliance with established cash and credit card policy. Maintain cleanliness of bar and surrounding area. Return equipment and supplies to proper areas at end of shift. Ensure all liquor is properly secured before, during and after shift. Complete assigned side-work and related cleaning duties before, during and after shift. Attend department pre-function meeting for familiarity with event details. Report to work when scheduled and in proper uniform. Maintain a consistent professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests, vendors and associates.
