The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed. Help with food preparation tasks when required, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. Wash Dishes with use of commercial dishwasher. Take garbage out and break down cardboard and remove. Qualifications Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
