Experience:

Prep and execute a high end, 100% non-alcoholic menu featuring zero-proof spirits, adaptogen infusions, fresh juices, and custom syrups.

Innovate:

Collaborate on seasonal menu development, experimenting with culinary techniques to elevate the zero proof space.

Engage & Educate:

Act as an ambassador for the sober curious and non drinking community. Guide guests through flavor profiles, ingredients, and the benefits of our functional beverages. Maintain the

Craft:

Keep a pristine, organized, and highly efficient bar station. Restock, prep garnishes, and manage inventory of specialty non alcoholic ingredients.

Hospitality First:

Deliver warm, attentive, and inclusive service to every guest, creating a vibrant social atmosphere.

Requirements The Mixologist:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume craft cocktail bar, upscale restaurant, or dedicated non-alcoholic lounge.

Flavor Obsessed:

Deep knowledge of flavor balancing (acid, sweet, bitter, umami) and a genuine interest in the growing zero proof industry.

The Vibe Curator:

Exceptional communication skills and a welcoming, charismatic personality.

Detail-Oriented:

An eye for beautiful presentation, glassware selection, and precise garnishing.

Reliable & Certified:

Must be available for weekend/evening shifts and possess relevant local food handling or seller-server certifications.
