The Role As a Bartender, you are the director of the guest experience. You don't just "fulfill orders"; you curate an evening through real engagement, technical expertise, and a welcoming Adirondack spirit.

Execute our beverage program with precision. From perfectly balanced classics to our high-concept theatrical cocktails, you ensure every drink is a masterpiece delivered with a professional touch.

The Brand Ambassador:

Act as a sales-minded expert for the entire property. While engaging with guests, you are naturally highlighting our dinner features, spa treatments, and the history of our 1920s restoration.

The Precision Steward:

Manage the "business of the bar" with total integrity—from maintaining an accurate drawer and conducting nightly inventories to ensuring pour costs reflect our high standards.

The Atmosphere Architect:

Ensure the bar area is always spotless and sophisticated. You set the tempo for the space, ensuring a safe, professional, and high-energy environment for every visitor.
