Full Time / Part Time BARTENDERS - ALL YEAR

About us We are an indoor/outdoor Bar & entertainment venue with LIVE Music on the weekends, Karaoke, Line Dancing, Sip & Paint events, Weddings, Large party events & MORE. We are open from April until the end of October currently, but are in the process of renovating the bar to be open all year. Monday

• Friday we open at 3 pm.

Saturday & Sundays we open at 12pm. It is a face paced environment, so solid knowledge of Bartending skills is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders for customers
• Assist with banquet or event service as needed

Skills:

• Knowledge of brewing techniques and drink recipes
• Experience using point-of-sale systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Familiarity with banquet operations in a restaurant setting
• Understanding of food industry standards and regulations, including food safety practices
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips Please note that previous experience as a bartender is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and enthusiasm for the role.
