Bartender

We are seeking a skilled, motivated and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of craft cocktails and mocktails. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Bartending experience is a must.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in making craft cocktails
• Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong cash handling skills
• Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
• Familiarity with food handling procedures

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Monitor customer intake of alcohol and ensure responsible drinking practices are followed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
