Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Server/Bartender, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will serve food and beverages with flair, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple tables, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a lively atmosphere will be essential to our success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents in a fast-paced environment that celebrates teamwork and professionalism. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST system, ensuring timely delivery Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, serving, catering events, and banquets as needed Upsell menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction while demonstrating excellent product knowledge Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in upscale dinning. Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST is highly desirable Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales upselling, and restaurant experience are essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively environment!
