Job Description
Job Summary In this dynamic role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring every guest experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality expertise will create a lively atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Whether mixing classic cocktails or recommending signature drinks, your positive energy and professionalism will shine through. Were looking for someone ASAP who can fulfill working two doubles a week, Sunday and Wednesday, this job will also require you to cover shifts if needed. We're looking forward to meeting you! Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aldelo POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age requirements and responsible service policies Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light dishes during busy hours Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation at the end of each shift Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, such as managing a full bar and preparing drinks for the dining room Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aldelo POS for seamless order entry and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse patrons confidently Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry, even better if you have a food managers license Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Experience with retail math for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management Ensure a flexible schedule to cover if needed
