Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds swiftly while maintaining accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to keep the bar fully equipped during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events such as banquets or nightclub nights, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and enhancing their experience. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes accurately. Experience with catering events or large-scale food service environments is a plus.
