Seasonal Barback - The Lake House

Job Requirements Starting Pay Rate:

$16.00 hourly Swing shift available Join The Lake House as a Seasonal Barback and help keep the bar running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll stock supplies, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and support bartenders to ensure fast, efficient service. With a focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and responsiveness, you'll play an essential role in creating a great experience for every guest. What does a Barback do? Continually monitors stock levels and obtains supplies and equipment for refreshment bars. Always ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly. Daily performs routine inventory of all required refreshment bar items. Remains up to date on all cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware. Ensures that requisitions are ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Always stocks coolers and dry stock items for Bartenders.

Work Experience To be successful as a Barback, you'll need: A High School Diploma or Equivalency. The ability to speak English. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Previous beverage experience; preferred. Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
