Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to support catering, banquet, or nightclub operations Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy periods Follow all in-house opening and closing procedures to ensure the restaurant has clean and efficient atmosphere. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclub settings, and bars. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as SpotOn.
