Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and receipts efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties during busy service periods. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management. Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as required to ensure smooth operations. Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying guest age and monitoring alcohol consumption. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving times and food handling procedures. Follow all health regulations related to food safety and beverage service. Skills Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
