Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Serve drinks and food items responsibly, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems with precision Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food preparation when necessary Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking between serving, bartending, and sanitation duties Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations Experience with food industry terminology related to food preparation, serving, bussing, and food safety protocols Knowledge of reservation platforms like OpenTable for efficient guest seating management Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment!
