Job Description

32 North is hiring experienced bartenders who can handle high-volume service while maintaining quality, consistency, and guest engagement. We are looking for strong personalities who thrive in energetic brunch and nightlife settings.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Engage with guests while delivering excellent customer service Follow recipes and portion standards consistently Monitor inventory and communicate low stock items Assist with bar prep, garnishes, batching, and nightly breakdown Ensure compliance with all health and alcohol service regulations Maintain professionalism during busy service periods
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years bartending experience preferred High-volume restaurant or brunch experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits Ability to multitask under pressure Excellent customer service and communication skills Weekend availability required
Compensation:
hourly plus tips 20% mandatory gratuity structure High-volume environment with strong earning potential Estimated tips: approximately $600-$700/week based on schedule and performance
