Bartender/Server-part time evenings

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This is a part time position, 1-2 evenings/week. No late nights. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks & meals efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar service area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during peak hours. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in catering events as needed. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and Skytab point-of-sale systems is advantageous. A background in the food industry will be beneficial in understanding the dynamics of restaurant operations.
