Role:

As a Bartender at The Farm Italy, you are a host, a storyteller, and an integral part of the guest experience. From crafting exceptional cocktails and recommending wines to creating genuine connections with guests, you'll help bring The Farm Italy's warm hospitality and vibrant energy to life every shift. Our bartenders work closely with the entire front-of-house team to ensure every guest receives attentive service, whether seated at the bar or dining throughout the restaurant. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive under pressure, and take pride in every detail.

What You Bring:

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale or upscale casual restaurant Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service Outgoing, energetic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality Ability to build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences Strong multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Experience using POS systems and handling cash and credit transactions confidently Ability to stand and move for extended periods Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and maintaining a polished bar environment
