Experienced bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced bartender to join our dynamic team at the Sunset social club in the heart of Westhampton Beach! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems TOAST to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and serving techniques. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock bar stations as needed to ensure smooth operation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, including checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Manage time effectively during busy shifts, balancing multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service. Contribute to a vibrant nightlife or nightclub environment by creating an engaging atmosphere for guests. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or clubs where craft cocktails are served Proficiency with POS systems such as TOAST; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
