We are seeking a craft-focused Bartender to join the launch team of our newest venture: a private, members-only speakeasy. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-floor opening that fuses the refined techniques of Japanese mixology with the bold, soulful flavors of Portugal.

The Opportunity:

You will be instrumental in executing a curated selection of cocktails within a high-concept, intimate environment. Unlike traditional high-volume bars, this role focuses on precision, storytelling, and the "Signature" experience that defines the Kanopi brand.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3 years of craft cocktail or fine dining experience.

Cultural Fluency:

Familiarity with Japanese spirits (Suntory, Nikka, Dassai Blue) and Portuguese influences (Port, Madeira, Ginjinha) is a significant plus.

Technical Excellence:

Deep knowledge of spirits and modern techniques, with a desire to master a weekly evolving menu.

Professionalism:

Impeccable grooming, an executive presence, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Execute high-level bar prep and service with meticulous attention to detail. Communicate the nuances of our Japanese-Portuguese fusion menu to an elite clientele. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless beverage pairings. Maintain a pristine, organized work environment within the speakeasy.
