We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our patrons. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with retail math for calculating sales totals, discounts, and tips
- Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable
- Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating drink prices, change, and gratuities We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
