Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our patrons. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with retail math for calculating sales totals, discounts, and tips
  • Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable
  • Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for accurately calculating drink prices, change, and gratuities We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
