Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in basic math for handling payments and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Sales-oriented mindset to promote specials and upsell drink options
- Excellent customer service skills to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Experience working in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
