In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, skilled in POS systems, and committed to maintaining a welcoming environment for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Toast. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards while handling food and beverages responsibly. Monitor guest behavior in bar setting to promote safety and compliance with venue policies. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar areas seamlessly while maintaining high-quality service. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, with a strong preference for fine dining or nightclub environments. Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS or Toast is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell beverages and increase revenue opportunities. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Experience in banquet service, catering events, or retail math is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Strong time management skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours.
