Job Description
JP's Pub in Akron is now hiring bartenders ! We're looking for an experienced, fast-moving, self-motivated, and self-promoting individual to join the team at our laid-back, neighborhood pub. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants should have enough experience to work independently after a short training period. Our training typically consists of 2-3 shifts to get you familiar with our refined policies and procedures, product locations, and bar layout. You'll also have a chance to practice service flow with a focus on speed, accuracy, and great customer interaction. We do not teach the fundamentals of mixology, cash handling, or bar etiquette—this role is for someone who already knows their stuff and is ready to jump in with confidence. We've proudly served our community for years and are excited to welcome someone who shares that same enthusiasm for service.
