Front desk / bartender

Job Summary Shenanigan's Sports Hall is looking for a dependable, friendly, and energetic team member to help manage the front desk while also bartending during business hours and events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced social environment, and can multitask while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere Check in members and guests Answer phones and assist with reservations, leagues, tournaments, and event questions Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Serve beer, cocktails, soft drinks, and other beverages responsibly Maintain a clean and organized front desk and bar area Restock beverages, supplies, and merchandise as needed Assist with pickleball, golf simulator, shuffleboard, and event operations Monitor customer activity and help maintain a safe, enjoyable environment Promote upcoming events, leagues, memberships, and specials Help with opening and closing duties Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask and work independently Strong communication and customer service skills Bartending or hospitality experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods Evening and weekend availability preferred Must meet Ohio age requirements for alcohol service What We Offer Flexible scheduling Fun, social work environment Opportunity for tips plus hourly pay Employee discounts Great team atmosphereSchedule Part-time or full-time available.
