Server/Bartender

Duties Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such Touch Bistro, ensuring timely delivery to guests Serve drinks and meals with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on guest satisfaction in both fine dining and casual settings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and food handling standards Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments, and providing correct change with precision using retail math skills Engage with guests to promote menu items, upsell beverages or specials, and enhance their overall experience through excellent customer service Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, respond promptly to requests, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred Strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to serving customers in various settings including nightclubs or banquet events Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Experience with brewing or hospitality-related roles is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
