Flour Restaurant Position Overview:

Flour is looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our team, which includes Servers, Bartenders, and Barbacks . These roles are the backbone of service, ensuring our dining room and bar run seamlessly while upholding Flour's standard of hospitality. Whether you're delivering chef-driven dishes, resetting tables, or keeping the bar stocked, you'll be part of a team that values passion, efficiency, and camaraderie. Key Responsibilities As part of the support team, your responsibilities may include: Delivering food from the kitchen to tables accurately and promptly. Learning and communicating menu knowledge, ingredients, and chef specials. Crafting cocktails, pouring wine and serving beer with consistency and efficiency Delivering exceptional service to every guest. Clearing and resetting tables quickly to maintain flow of service. Assisting servers with water, bread, and guest requests. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining spaces, service stations, and bar areas. Stocking, replenishing, and organizing bar supplies (liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware). Keeping bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Handle cash and credit card transactions, and follow check out procedures accurately. Supporting bartenders by preparing garnishes, juices, and syrups, and changing kegs. Collaborating with the service team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction. Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods, carry trays, and lift bar supplies or kegs. Interest in food, beverage, and hospitality with a willingness to learn. Why Join Flour?
