Barback and Busser

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Barback and Busser, where you'll be the backbone of our vibrant nightlife and hospitality environment. In this energetic role, you will support bartenders, servers, and management by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring seamless service for our guests. Whether you're assisting with food prep, handling cash transactions, or ensuring the bar's cleanliness, your contributions will be vital to our lively venue's success. Responsibilities Restock and organize bar supplies, glassware, and utensils to ensure readiness for service Assist bartenders with food preparation, garnishing drinks, and maintaining cleanliness behind the bar Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to maintain a tidy environment Handle cash register operations using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately and efficiently Support catering events and banquet setups by preparing food stations and ensuring timely service Maintain strict food handling and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced nightclub or hospitality setting Skills Proven experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments, including restaurant or hotel settings Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and transactions Experience in food preparation, bussing, and food handling procedures within the food industry Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a nightclub or banquet setting with quick turnaround times Previous kitchen or barista experience is a plus for supporting diverse service needs Knowledge of cleaning protocols and maintaining hygiene standards in busy environments Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences! Pay:

$12.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you at least 19 to be allowed to work behind the bar? This is a weekend only position. Would you be available to work Friday nights and Saturday nights?
