As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Create unique cocktail recipes that enhance the guest experience while adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain an organized bar area, including cleanliness and proper inventory management of supplies. Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their tastes and preferences, enhancing sales opportunities. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events to ensure seamless service and coordination. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience as a Mixologist or in the food industry is preferred, particularly in nightclubs or restaurants. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Excellent math skills for accurate measurements and financial transactions. Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
