Role:
Come be part of the launch of Cincinnati's unique LaRosa's Taphouse in partnership with Big Ash Brewing. This first-of-its-kind spot combines our award-winning craft beers with iconic LaRosa's pizza, featuring a 28-tap self-serve wall (Big Ash brews and guest brews, wine, seltzers & more), full bar, live music weekends, Wednesday trivia, lots of private parties, and a lively beer hall vibe. Focus on serving bar drinks, pouring, guest check-ins, tap wall guidance, and creating fun experiences while LaRosa's runs the kitchen. We're hiring 1 shift lead and 2 bartenders to help kick things off and build momentum into summer.
Responsibilities:
Greet/check in guests and assist with self-serve tap wall Serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently Recommend brews and pairings with LaRosa's menu Handle POS transactions accurately Maintain a clean, stocked bar and follow safety standards Engage guests enthusiastically to build connections, enhance the fun, and drive great service
Hours:
11 AM-10 PM Sun-Thu | 11 AM-12 AM Fri-Sat. Flexible shifts available.
Requirements:
Bartending and busy customer service experience preferred Reliable, positive, and great with people Weekend/evening availability
